Great scoop. Really enjoyed the long read. Fascinating. The comment “I hope i’m not doing this in a year”, which was said 1.5 years ago, really speaks to their obsession.
I am going to be one of those people who say “DOH! my draft is this weekend, your column is plastered all over our yahoo league home, and I am totally targeting Darvish and Gomez!”. But hey, you might have convinced me about estrada as well.
I really hope dusty baker comes to his senses and leave aroldis in the pen. Would be great to see what he could do. I really cant comprehend the argument of keeping him as a closer, considering thatclosers seem to fall off of trees while top line starters are impossible to find.
Not that you mentioned it, but I think that in any sort of keeper league, billy hamilton should be the most heavily targeted rookie. I would have to believe that 100 stolen bases from a single player would make him a first rounder.

Yes, I definitely agree Hamilton has the most fantasy upside among all the current prospects.
