Am I too psyched about Owen Daniels? He had 500/5 in the first 8 games before being injured, had 862 yards the prior year, and Schaub seems to be nasty. Seems like second tier material to me. Zach miller, really?

in a low key keeper league (no draft picks involved) i have to keep 2 from two different positions. I’m keeping Chris Johnson and…

    Steve Smith (Car)
    or
    Jermichael Finley…

TE is so deep, but I love Finley in that offense. Should I actually keep a TE or go back to sanity and just keep my best wr?

TE is crazy deep this year. Crazy. I like Daniels a lot…can’t help but think he’s being undervalued, even if he doesn’t play a single preseason snap. I actually really like Miller and Carlson as value picks. I just don’t think there’s any way I splurge for anyone in the top tier unless one of them really falls.

Donald – I love Daniels. Only bumped him down b/c he’s coming off a torn ACL and then suffered a setback a couple months ago. If his recent claims of being 100% are true, then absolutely he’s around Witten’s range. He definitely has more upside than Winslow and Cooley, that much is obvious.

But don’t sleep on Zach Miller, he got 805 yards last year in 15 games with one of the worst QB situations in NFL history. Now he has Campbell, a perfectly league average QB who likes throwing to the tight end. Also has a highly favorable schedule.

db – I LOVE Finley, but I’d def. keep S. Smith over him. TE is deep, and WR requires more slots to be filled.
