Randy - Again, was gone. Hope you won your league. I was def. disappointed in Slaton and P. Thomas this week - although solid, I expected much more. Mike Bell and Deuce? Really Sean Payton?

Dreamweapon- Sorry for the no/slow response - was out of town and at the Raiders/Texans game. I would have went with C. Johnson over Pope, but if Pope doesn't get hurt, I would have been dead wrong (and looked much better for this specific article). Pope was off to a fantastic start. I'm convinced that would have been a monstrous game had he not left almost immediately.

Nice way to work in "Cleveland Steamer." That was another misleading final stat line - they allowed just 7 points and fewer than 250 yards! But then again, Dorsey and the Browns' offense should have been factored into the Cleve D start, I suppose.

I'm definitely riding the Browns this week, I grabbed them a couple of days ago after some hemming and hawing between them and the Texans v. Oak. Should be good times--considering I owned a Bungles receiver in each of my three leagues, Fitzpatrick owes me, and I'm confident he'll deliver a big, brown Cleveland Steamer up by the lake tomorrow. Hey, it's karma.

Would you play Pope over Chris Johnson? Can Fisher really be so blase about throwing away home field? Tough one. I'm terrified of benching a guy who can produce a stellar game on a dozen touches, but at the same time, he might sit the whole second half....
