For this week alone? I'd probably start Calvin, R. Brown and Breaston, but I might be subject to change. There are a lot of close calls - Engram and Moore are right there. I do like Moore long-term.

yea, im debating whether or not to trade lynch or manning for a stud wide receiver.
Of the wr's I listed, which three would you feel confident starting, including breaston? In all honesty, after seeing my opponentd wr's, I'm probably toast no matter who I throw out there.

I view Bryant, Breaston (for this week only) and Moore all fairly equally. L. Moore might have the most upside. Targeting Fitz or Owens sounds good to me. I wouldn't give up on Calvin. But you could def. use an upgrade at WR2. Def. try to trade McGahee if there are any takers. Lynch appears to have a really good fantasy playoff schedule, but he's just been so-so.

Poor Kimbo. I guess it's back to appearing in Reality Kings In the ViP videos.
Okay, so do you still have faith in A.Bryant, because he's on my 10-team roster.
Here it is, i'm 2-3 and just four teams advance to playoffs. I need to make a bold move.
Manning and Campbell
Barber, Lynch, Slaton and McGahee - unfortunately we only start two backs!
All right, hold your nose, it's time to list my wide outs
Driver, Calvin, Ocho, Engram, R.Brown, A.Bryant - Breaston, Randel El, Moore and D.Mason are on the wire.

I was thinking about targeting either Fitz or TO - both play on teams behind me in the standings.

Thanks Dalton, can't wait for your player rankings.

Exactly. And that's what I hate most about it - coaches won't do it b/c it's not in the script. Like Scoscia waiting for a save opp. Holmgren was a genius for letting Den score. Smart people will recognize this. If it gives you a better chance at winning, OF COURSE it should be done. And it's not like Childress would be smart enough to order Peterson NOT to score, either.

Yeah, he was lucky as hell he was playing the perpetually inept Aints, because 30 other teams would have sealed the deal. If I was Wilf I would have been on the horn with him last night 30 minutes after the game and would've been like "Don't bother getting on the charter back, I've purchased a first-class return ticket for you on X commercial airline. I think our relationship has come to a conclusion. Thank you for your time and efforts." Jackson as a "franchise QB" proves he lacks strategic sense and has questionable player evaluation and development skills at best, but punting to Bush for the last punt return was simply beyond the pale. Now we know he has no tactical skills and can't manage a game. What use is he? This is a coach with a 9-7 ceiling.

As far as Payton goes, yeah, I hear ya, but it's a dangerous move. Some people still hate Holmgren for trying that against Shanny in the SB and never let it go. While based on the odds, it probably gives you a better chance of winning that particular game, the odds still aren't good, and because it's such a copycat league, an unconservative move such as that automatically draws attention from the national peanut gallery. From a career standpoint, it's safer to play it conventionally knowing that you're almost sure to lose than it is to take a risk and give your team at least a chance of winning. Classic herd mentality.

How did most physical receiver turn into who would win a steel cage match? Geez

Hochuli blew another game for the Saints last night. How do you not see that facemask on Bush before the fumble. Also why isn't Reggie an everydown slot receiver and kick returner. He is the worst RB period. Tackled on first contact every time.

Anyone notice how bad Fuckin Noobs team is in the Rotoscoop league? Hey Dalton want McFadden, make me an offer.

Also, why was Francisco Rodriguez not pitching the ninth inning? Good thing Scoscia saved him for the save opportunity for whatever team that's for next season. Coaches/managers have to be collectively the dumbest of all professions.

Childress is horrible, but why in the hell didn't the Saints let Minny score with 1:15 left and two timeouts in their pocket at the 12 yard line last night? That was insane. What an abomination.

My money would be on Steve Smith if he and Ward were to get in a fight...Boldin is another good choice.

McFadden's toe injury ruined a perfect chance to take that job and run with it. He looked really good too before it.

Also, I couldn't even watch that Brewers game once I learned Suppan would start. Not a minute of it. The result was completely predictable. He's completely useless, but Sveum's thinking probably went something like "well, he pitched for the Cardinals and they won 100 games one year, and a Series another, so by logical extension Suppan must be a star." God awful. Let Sheets go, he's a big baby and, at a fundamental level, not a winner. Move heaven and earth (or at least Attanasio's wallet) to sign Sabathia. If they can pull it off, we'll be back. If not, well, Gallardo can easily replace Sheets and I vote for moving Fielder for a stud arm (Matt Cain would be fine). Gamel should be able to step in pretty well.

Might be? Hines Ward is the best blocking receiver of the last 10 years. He cherishes contact and laughs after inflicting it. Hines would waste Stevie worse than Kimbo got recked. Looks like a 1st place tie between you and I big boy.

Totally agree on the Dodger comments. The Dodgers have better pitching, and seemed to be better prepared. Tampa vs LA?

Maroney is a joke. I will never take a RB from the big 10 again. I want my boys from the dirty south. Beanie Wells drafters beware. The conference is soft.

Prater is a fantasy difference maker this year. Top offense plus top leg can really give you a leg up ( Horrible).

Felix Jones sure looks better than Darren McFadden. Can't believe I took that fool in the 3rd round. That move will probably cost me a title. Anyone want that pig?

"There isn’t a more physical receiver in the league than Steve Smith."

Two words: Hines Ward.
