Robby Says:
Ever since Bodog stopped accepting my credit card, I’ve been unable to continually and habitually bet on sports (this is not necessarily a bad thing). To alleviate these withdrawal pains, I decided to give myself $1,000 in fake money and see how I do betting on NFL (and occasional College Football) games this year.
I invited DDD to join in on the fun since, after all, this is his blog. I can’t wait to make him look bad!
(Note: These spreads and payouts are all taken from Pinnaclesports.com, who have the best deals in the business as far as I can tell.)
I’m putting $110 on a Colts (-6) and Chargers (-6) 6-point teaser to win $100.
(Note: Teaser illiterates are advised to read this.)
I’m putting $40 on a Colts (-6), Chargers (-6) and Patriots (-6.5) three-way 6-point teaser to win $64.
I’m putting $42 on the Rams (-1) to win $40.
I’m putting $20 on the Lions moneyline (+112) to win $22.40.
Dalton Says:
I’m keeping it simple this week with a four-team parlay: Rams (-1), Raiders (-1), Bengals (-2.5) and 49ers (-3). I’ll bet $50 to win $622.

Atlanta (+3) at Minnesota
Carolina (+1) at St. Louis
Denver (-3) at Buffalo
Kansas City (+3) at Houston
Miami (+3) at Washington
