I just took Reyes with the number 2 overall pick. I'm really high on this guy this year.

I think SS is an interesting crop this year. Drafting speed guys is always a risky proposition, because all it takes is a minor hammy tweak (which Reyes has a history of) to lose a huge percentage of their value (whereas it's much more difficult to lose one's power). The other thing, is that so many guys had breakout or career-type seasons (Reyes, Rollins, Ramirez) and disappointing seasons (Tejada, Young, Lugo, Peralta, Crosby), it makes it very hard to know which were outliers and which were trends. I think all of your top 4 could regress some, but a couple of them are so young, it's tough to say (nobody thought Hanley could do what he did). Young and Tejada could bounce back, or continue downward...I have no idea. I hope people take Jeter over Rollins, and I think Rollins in the 3rd is a very good pick, though I expect the power drop as well. I can't think of a lot of guys in the late rounds I'd be comfortable with as a starter, though Crosby (stay healthy just once, please!!), Peralta and Betemit I think have decent shots at breakouts (poor speed numbers though).
