Good call w/ K. Jones, I think he’s one of the best options this week. Same goes for Leinart, might as well treat him as a QB1 at this point, especially against the raiders.

As usual, the rankings look pretty good. I don’t know if I can look at Palmer as a top-3 fantasy QB any more. I think the Cincy O-line is going to be a serious problem going forward – Palmer has very little time and he’s getting beat up. I think as the season wares on, it’s going to take a toll mentally and physically. It’s weird seeing Whosyourmamma ranked higher than Wesley Snipes’ character from Demolition Man, but really, it looks appropriate at this point. It’ll be interesting to see how things play out when the Chrises (Henry and Perry) come back too.

I’m concerned about Palmer as well, as the O-line just lost Levi Jones as well. Another blow to a unit struggling badly. I don’t want to overreact to Chad Johnson’s slow start, but Housh is getting more targets, especially in the red-zone. I’m curious about the Chris’ returns as well. I picked up C. Perry and stashed him a couple weeks ago. He’s got sneaky upside and the Bengals play some soft run defenses during Weeks 14 and 15. After a fast start, Rudi has been sluggish of late. But that can also be blamed on the poor O-line play as well.

Am I crazy to start Matt Jones if he plays this week? My other options are Williamson (who has burned me twice) or starting two tight ends 🙁

There are a few wide outs that have a little upside but nobody that I would drop anyone else on my team for…

Not crazy at all. I would have Matt Jones in the #23-26 range if he were to play, but the problem is, he’s listed as doubtful, which is why I left him off the list. If he improves and suits up, he’s def. a solid option this week. If not, I guess go with Williamson again, although what would your 2 TE options be?

McMichael and/or My main man that everyone that I was crazy for touting before the season…Winslow.

Nice TE combo. You’ll be fine going with any of those options.

How many touches can we expect Addai to see this weekend? Colts will hopefully abuse the Redskins Rush-D, but with Rhodes playing, should we expect more than 50 rushing yards from addai?

I def. expect more than 50 yards. I see around 15 touches for 80-90 yards. He’s eclipsed 60 yards in 3 out of his last 4 games, with the one stinker coming against Jax. Teams are starting to pull their safeties back and dare Indy to run (NYJ and Tenn both stayed in the game implementing this strategy), so I see Wash doing the same. Plus, the Redskins defense has been pretty bad; I mean, they gave up 175 rushing yards to T. Henry while playing at home, and Carlos Rogers is out, along w/ other injuries they are dealing with. I see the Colts playing mostly ahead too. While he’s not a great start, and the Rhodes factor diminishes his upside, I think Addai makes a fine RB2 or flex play this week. In fact, I’m playing him over Mo Morris.

I really expected Addai to be starting by now. I passed up some “lesser” running backs on draft day thinking by week 6 he would be firmly entrenched as the number 1 running back in Indy. Why they are starting a guy that has less talent, less ability, doesnt block or catch passes as well and has little to no upside at this point in his career just proves that head coached in the nfl are more afraid of making the wrong decision than excited to make the right one.

tv – I couldn’t agree with exactly what you said anymore. It’s a perfect assessment, and I did the same thing during one of my drafts.

I just keep telling myself he’ll be worth every penny by the time fantasy playoffs come.

Chad, I’m hoping for the same. I have Alexander riding pine with his injury and just hoping that Addai or Williams are full time starters by week 16. With Jones doing not much of anything I am left hoping that either he picks it up or that Berrian keeps playing more like the first 5 weeks and not like he did last week.

In my WR/RB flex spot, should I start Addai, Greg Jennings, or Reggie Wayne?? Usually I’d go with a RB over a WR on principle… but my backup WR options are so sweet right now.

    Thoughts from anyone?

tv – I also have Alexander in the league I have Addai, so I’m in the same boat as you. I have Maroney too, so I’m waiting out all these upside guys who are sharing time now. Luckily, I did pretty well drafting WRs. I think T. Jones does pick it up, and Berrian remains a solid option throughout the year.

Nat – I agree with you and would def. go with one of your wide receivers. As you can see, I’m pretty high on Jennings, and in fact, ranked Wayne just one spot ahead of him this week. I really like both those options this week. Washington’s secondary is decimated, but really, you couldn’t go wrong with either guy, but I agree, go with one of the WRs as your flex.
